Reverse Red-Lining in Milford Delaware

The part to this unfortunate event that everyone seems to overlook is the act ultimately results in what is referred to as "reverse red lining." By falsely inflating the value of the property and land it in turn increases the value of all neighboring properties regardless of their actual value which then makes the properties within said neighborhood difficult for those with little or low income to afford.
All of Lillian Harrison's talk about how she's "for the little guy" and "for the people" is just that...TALK. Her actions will have a highly negative impact on the low-income community all while under the guise of "In Jesus' Name, Amen!"
